1. High quality dimmable Led driver, with 2pcs IC that can protect led bulb from high or lower voltage,
also can make our led bulb working well with most of the dimmers in the market.
2. Customer can send us the main dimmers in their maket, our experienced engineer can be able to adjust our driver to be dimming well with these dimmers. We are always upgrade our led power to improve the dimming quality and has a longer life!
Dongguan City Everlight Lighting Co., Ltd.is the professional manufacturer of LED filamentBulb,LED Bulb Lights, established in 2004, has manufactured for customer in over 60 countries, with of 200 employees. Our sales team have always been put forward to ensure the highest customers satisfaction, constant skill development of our human resource, as well as management systems and structures that align with the dynamic environment of novel technologies and innovation. With our vision in energy saving solution and emphasis on new technologies and innovation, Everlight Lighting , as the energy saving leader, has developed a wide spectrum of products in both local and international markets, and thus was granted both national and international certificates of quality
3. Dimmable Lantern Filament LED Clear Edison bulb. This new form LED with modern high efficiency LED technology. A color temp of 2200K ensures vintage filament style warm color. This style bulb is a filament style LED and uses the latest technology. This bulb contains 6 pcs of 6 cm long filaments that we set at 2200K color temp. To make a longer life we drop the output to 1 Watt per filament and thus it provides around 97 Lumens per watt. We include IC control as protection from Hi/Low Voltage spikes commonly experienced. We also maintain a Color rendition score at 90 Ra.
4. The material of the filament Led substrate affects the quality of the fialment Led, below is the basic information of the filament Led substrate. The best one is Sapphire.

6000K | 80-85 | 100-120 |
7. Most of the customers complain about the dimming of the Led bulbs, because the dimmers in the market is mainly for incandescent bulbs, these bulbs are with high wattage, for example 40W to 100W, but Led bulbs are with small wattage, about 3-9W.and the Led bulbs has electronic transformer, so Led bulbs maybe not compatible with these current dimmers. In order to solve this problem, our engineer are always trying to improve our Led bulb driver to solve this problem, now our new dimmable power is with double IC, which works very well with almost all the dimmers in the market, it also has a founction as compensator! However, there are still some dimmers that our dimmable Led bulb is not compatible with, we suggest that customer can send us their dimmers, our engineers are able to adjust our driver to fit it. Our dimmable Led bulb is dimming very smoothly, and led bulb can reach its total brightness and can totally turn off!

GENERAL:
The devices in this report comply with the description on the following pages. They are provided with lamp bases, and intended for connection to the supply sources, noted in ELECTRICAL RATINGS.
1. They employ non-replaceable light sources.
2. They are suitable for dry and damp locations only.
3. Have been evaluated for use in totally enclosed, recessed luminaires.
4. They have been evaluated for use with dimmers.
CONSTRUCTION DETAILS:
See Section General for additional details.
Assembly and Packing - When shipped from the factory, each unit shall be completely assembled and wired with each electrical component mounted in place and with each splice and connection completed.
"CN" indicates the component has been evaluated to Canadian requirements and the component shall have a Canadian UL certification Mark (cUL or cUR) or UL certification Mark and CSA certification Mark when the Applicant's basic product bears a C-UL certification Mark.
Current-Carrying Parts - A current-carrying part shall be of silver, copper alloy, stainless steel or other similar metal. Ordinary iron or steel, plain or plated, shall not be used as a current-carrying part.
Printed Wiring Board - R/C (ZPMV2), rated min. V-1, suitable for the solder time and temperature used by the manufacturer and having an operating temperature rating of at least 105ºC, suitable for direct support(UL796 DSR)
Soldered Connections - All are mechanically secured before soldering.
Spacings - Unless otherwise noted in the description, spacing between uninsulated live parts of opposite polarity, and between uninsulated live parts and dead metal parts that can be contacted by persons shall be as tabulated below:
Location Type | Potential, V | Minimum spacing, mm (inch) |
Dry or Damp | Up to 300 | 1.2 (0.046) |
Dry or Damp | 301 - 600 | 3.2 (0.125) |
Wet | Up to 600 | 4.8 (0.187) |

Would you be able to procure material close to my final grind OD dimensions ? For example : Bars need to be .0935 +/-.0005" in 12 FT lengths. What OD's would you have or be able to offer close to the sizes I am looking to source for my customer ? They are currently getting .125 dia now and I grind it to to .0935" +/-.0005 and another order we do for them is from .125 to .0300 - .0302 in 12" foot lengths TITANIUM 6AL-4V, Grade 5, Annealed Per ASTM-F-1472 QTY: 168 FT, 336 FT, 504 FT
